Our company, Red Chilli Sichuan Restaurant, started its first restaurant in Sydney Chinatown in 2002. Till now, we have successfully established 7 restaurants in Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane region, and obtained great reputation in most Asian communities within Australia. Since 2002, we have been committing ourselves to bringing Australia the most authentic and finest Sichuan cuisine and culture – our chefs are highly experienced and are directly recruited from the birthplace of the cuisine style; our major seasonings and sources are selected elaborately and imported from Sichuan region, and are fully complied with Australia Quarantine and food safety standards; last but not the least, our recipes have successfully combined the fresh local produce into traditional Sichuan cuisine.
